Below is the standard operating procedure we will follow to ensure a seamless collaboration on your OEM project. We view this not just as a contract, but as a long-term partnership.
1 Request Intake & Consultation |
This initial phase establishes the technical foundation for our partnership. Defining Specifications: We will work closely with you to determine the specific fruit types (mango, jackfruit, pineapple, dragon fruit, etc.), desired texture, sugar content, and moisture levels. Quality Standards: We align our production with your target market requirements, whether for domestic sale or international export, ensuring compliance with necessary certifications (BRC, IFS, HACCP, ISO, KOSHER, SMETA, FDA, HALAL etc.). Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): We will agree on a minimum volume per order to ensure production efficiency and cost-optimization for both parties. |
2 Product Development (R&D) & Sampling |
Custom Formulation: Our R&D team will adjust the flavor profile, color, slice thickness, and sizing to match your brand’s specific requirements. Sample Delivery: We will provide physical samples for your evaluation of taste and texture. Partners may also conduct independent shelf-life testing through their own facilities or third-party agencies. Refinement & Feedback: We offer sample adjustments (typically 2-3 rounds) based on your feedback until the product receives your final approval. |
3 Packaging Design & Legal Compliance |
Packaging Collaboration: While the Partner typically provides the artwork, we supply all necessary technical data for the design. We also send samples for professional Nutrition Fact analysis. Together, we will select the optimal materials (standing zipper bags, aluminum foil, jars, paper boxes, etc.) to preserve product quality. Regulatory Support: We assist our Partners with product quality declarations, barcode registration, labeling compliance, and essential customs documentation for export. |
4 Contracting & Deposit |
Master Agreement: A formal contract will be signed, clearly defining technical specifications, delivery timelines, payment terms, and warranty responsibilities. Project Initiation: Typically, the Partner provides a 50% deposit of the total order value, allowing us to secure premium raw materials and initiate packaging production. |
5 Mass Production & Quality Control (QC) |
Standardized Processing: Production follows our rigorous committed workflow: Raw Material Selection à Processing à Drying à Packaging. Seasonal Optimization: Since certain fruits are highly seasonal, we will advise our Partners on the optimal window to begin production. This ensures the highest fruit quality and the most competitive pricing. Batch Monitoring: Our QC team monitors every batch to guarantee consistency in flavor, texture, and strict adherence to food safety protocols. |
6 Inspection & Delivery |
Independent Testing: If required, samples can be sent to international labs (such as Eurofins or SGS) for physicochemical and microbiological certification. Pre-shipment Inspection: We welcome our Partners to visit our facility to inspect the finished goods personally before they are dispatched. Logistics & Final Payment: For Export: We handle the container loading and transport to the designated port. Balance Settlement: The remaining balance is to be settled once we have completed and provided all necessary export documentation. |
7 After-Sales Support |
Market Feedback: We remain engaged to monitor feedback from your specific market to continuously improve future batches. Technical Support: We provide dedicated support to resolve any challenges related to storage or technical issues that may arise post-delivery. |
